FAQ

FAQ: Questions we hear all the time…

Why are you ruining a good business model?

We’re not the first, and certainly not the only hearing aid business that offers discounted prices. If you want to complain, go complain to Costco. I took a hard look at what was happening in our industry and determined that if I wasn’t willing to go into the future, then I shouldn’t get involved.

Are you an On-Line business, do you sell On-Line?

We list our prices on-line, but we don’t sell online because we don’t believe you will get the full value of your purchase without face to face fitting and follow-up.

Are you selling used or refurbished Hearing Aids?

Absolutely not, all our Hearing Aids are brand new, with the full manufacturers warranty.

I've looked at this model and can't see where you are making any money

Congratulations, you are correct. It will probably be years before I can earn even a very modest living off the other stores. Meanwhile, I have my own stores and have been able to reduce my costs because the Group is growing.
